Client Customers are organizations, companies, communities which purchase HiGS in batches for their people. Client customers are also, companies, research institutions, and governments that can license HiGS for various purposes.

1. HiGS for Individuals (HiGSHealth) for personal history collecting, preventive self-care, and as preparation for healthcare.
   • The Entire Health Information Gathering System (HiGS)
     • Histories (more than 30)
     • Assessments (more than 100)
     • Body Systems (signs and symptoms collection for every 24 hour period)
     • HiGS Library Preventive Self-care video presentations, clinical articles, and many companion Health Education materials
     • Monitoring Calendars for keeping track of various health interests and areas of concern
     • To establish baselines (what is normal), identify risks, preserve health, and delay disease
   
   
2. Corporate HiGS enables corporations, organizations, institutions of learning, and governments to purchase in batches any combination of relevant HiGS Histories, Assessments, and Body Systems for assignment to their employees, members, students, or citizens. Inner Reach has many target health areas grouped together for this purpose i.e., Prevention Building Self-assessment initiative (PBSI) which includes 12 dangerous diseases related to overweight and obesity plus 3 common mental health problems affecting productivity and cost.

3. HiGS for Researchers enables research institutions such as universities and government institutions to license any agreed to combination of relevant HiGS Histories, Assessments, and Body Systems for assignment to their area of research. The resultant data can be exported into several different formats for analysis. Study participants must authorize the use of their information in the research project.

4. miniHiGS Licensing is a restricted subset of histories/protocols in conjunction with other medical diagnostic tools i.e., history/assessment and imaging; or history/assessment and blood testing. miniHiGS is a custom technology in that specific requirements and needs of another entity’s technology and or diagnostic mechanisms must be tailored.

   Licensing of the miniHiGS

   A license agreement will allow a user to logon to the miniHiGS to take a specified HiGS History or Assessment and Screening companioned to a procedure (such as imaging) spelled out in the license agreement.

   • Allows a user to interactively take the protocol(s) specified in the license agreement and have a results report - Targeted Health History (THH) report generated immediately
   • The THH report can be: printed, electronically sent, faxed, retrieved, or stored.
